Sweet and Sour Sweet Potatoes

This is one of my favorite meals. We call it "Sweet and Sour Chicken without the Chicken". The combinations of sweet potatoes, pineapple and the sweet almost tangy sauce is amazing and smells delicious. Even though it takes some time and it is not a last minute meal it is totally worth it to make. 

Easy Peanut Noodles

We love this recipe so much. Not only does it give us kids a chance to practice our "amazing" chopstick skills but, it is so delicious and easy to make. This is a recipe that my mom gives me to make when she has to run errands and doesn't have time to make dinner. And the fact that I can make it without adult supervision and not ruin it is amazing in and of its self. So if you are looking for a go-to easy meal this is a perfect choice.
