Sweet and Sour Sweet Potatoes

Sunday, December 9, 2018

This is one of my favorite meals. We call it "Sweet and Sour Chicken without the Chicken". The combinations of sweet potatoes, pineapple and the sweet almost tangy sauce is amazing and smells delicious. Even though it takes some time and it is not a last minute meal it is totally worth it to make.

Easiest French Bread Ever

Sunday, November 18, 2018

I am a HUGE fan of this french bread. In the cookbook we got this recipe from the caption is " This bread was quicker to make than to go to the bakery and buy." It is so true. I just make this 2 hours before dinner so it has time to rise and bake and I am done. It is really good with pasta or to just eat as is ;).

Easy Peanut Noodles

We love this recipe so much. Not only does it give us kids a chance to practice our "amazing" chopstick skills but, it is so delicious and easy to make. This is a recipe that my mom gives me to make when she has to run errands and doesn't have time to make dinner. And the fact that I can make it without adult supervision and not ruin it is amazing in and of its self. So if you are looking for a go-to easy meal this is a perfect choice. This recipe is from Brand New Vegan

The Best Ever Whole Wheat Bread

Tuesday, October 23, 2018

This bread is legendary! Seriously! People have loved and begged for this bread recipe where ever we bring it. I even remember one of my friends in 2nd grade telling me that this is the best bread she has every had. We make it every Saturday to meet our sandwich and toast needs throughout the week. My dad has changed this recipe several times to get it just right. We really hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we have.
