- 14 oz bag of gluten free brown rice fettuccine pasta (or your preferred pasta)
- 1/2 tablespoon fine sea salt
Alfredo sauce:
- 2 cups low- sodium vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup raw cashew butter
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown rice flour
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
